So really it depends on whether there are new Pokémon that get the move or which old Pokémon will now learn it (I know its a TM so i assume a lot of old Pokémon will). Beedrill needs 3 of its four moves (being protect, u-turn and poison jab) and there are so many more better options for its fourth slot (Knock Off, Drill Run, even swords dance which is practically never run).
